Sandra was born and raised in Washington state, street and dirt bikes have been in her life even before she was born. Riding on the tank of her dads dirtbike at 2 years old sparked the need for speed on 2 wheels. She would ride through the hills of Cle Elum on her dirtbike in the early 90’s and stop by the Old #3 for lunch before riding back to the truck. Hanging out in the pits waiting to help her Dad at the Stumpjumpers Desert 100 back in the day sealed the deal, she knew she wanted to hang around everyone that was on 2 wheels no matter what they rode. So came the idea for an all-day “bike night” hanging with like minded people.  Out of that, the East Meets West Bikefest was born.
